Delivery
Free Delivery by First class Royal Mail Signed for is included and your Brownies should arrive the next working day however it is not guaranteed. A signature will be required on delivery. Guaranteed courier delivery next day can be specified for an extra cost with Interlink for an additional £4.00. Interlink will text the recipient with a 1 hour delivery window for convenience.
Your Brownies will be delivered luxuriously packaged in a tin and a hand written message can be included.
Returns and Exchanges
There are a few important things to keep in mind when requesting either a return or a exchange of a product you purchased. We offer a credit notes for any faulty or unwanted products. Unfortunately unless the product is faulty or damaged no refunds will be accepted. In the case that your Brownies come to you in a condition that you feel is not satisfactory we will ask you tp provide photographic evidence of the fault or damage before returning the product itself. A decision will be made upon receipt of that evidence.
- You have 7 calendar days to contact us regarding your product from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
- Photographic evidence needs to be provided before a decision is applied.
